My son has Mitochondria Myopathy and is diagnosed as being on a spectrum of autism. It has been documented that children with Mitochondria Myopathy not be exposed to the live viruses and things that can cause high temperatures. He is six years old and cannot speak, he also has seizures. We did not find out that shots could possibly add to his problems until a neurologist mentioned it might be a problem. He had all of his shots but his last MMR. Of course, then I am concerned and begin to do research. Well, a lot of his problems could stem from shots. The neurologist refused to tell the state health department his concerns. He said he was darned if he did and darned if he didn't. My son had the titers test and showed immunity to Measles and Rubella but not to Mumps. I said well give him the Mumps shot so he can stay in school, but he doesn't need the other two. The head person at the state said I could take him out of school or move. I said I am will to give him the mumps shot because he needs to be in school, but he doesn't need the other two and they may pose a problem for him. He said there is danger in everything and the shot is given together. I reminded him that in our state there had not been a case of Mumps in several years but he said that is the only choice you have to take the shot. Now I know what it is like to have your freedoms taken away.

Before my son was born I read to inform myself about vaccines. After reading alot of information from both sides of the vaccination debate I decided that I may receive some vaccines for my son but decline the vast majority. I also wanted to delay vaccines as long as possible. When approaching my pediatrician about my decision I was met with opposition. At first he tried to inform me of the benefits of vaccination and told me vaccines were "much safer than they used to be." My mind was never at ease about the vaccinations my son received although he received them at a much slower rate. The pediatrician repeatedly told me that after I saw that my son experienced no complications, I would feel better about the vaccinations and start to vaccinate him on schedule. I expressed concerns about autism and other adverse reactions but my son's pediatrician put increasingly more pressure on me to get him vaccinated before beginning preschool. I have since filed for religious exemption; I wish I had known this option existed all along and I would have felt so much less turmoil having to subject my child to an unecessary and possibly very harmful medical procedures. On another occasion after reviewing the vaccination insert, I asked him if a vaccine my son was receiving contained mercury; he stated it doesn't contain "thimerisol." Small incidents like these created much distrist between the pediatrician and myself. When my son was nearing preschool entry I allowed him to recieve many vaccines at one time to catch up. When the nurse came in to vaccinate him I could tell that she was nervous. When I asked her if she was sure that it was alright he was receiving so many she stated that people did it all the time. The look on her face told a different story. I should have never allowed him to recieve so many shots. Since that time his attention span has decreased, although this may be a result of his age (4 year old boys are active!)It is unfortunate that instead of considering overall health and wellness, our pediatrician basically only discussed immunization at our visits. His agenda was very clear. When my daughter was born I kept the same pediatrician and thought I would delay her immunizations also. I thought eventually he would understand my position I guess. We didn't have many check-ups at that time in my children's lives because we did not have health insurance. I allowed her to receive a Hib vaccine only at our first check-up. When we went for a follow up visit nearly a year after her first checkup following 2 febrile seizures I was told to get her caught up on vaccines or find a new pediatrician. I'm sure the doctor had concerns about meningitis, but that was no way to convey his point. Because she has had 4-5 febrile seizures I am delaying all vaccinations until she outgrows seizures. We are in the process of finding a new pediatrician who will listen to and understand our concerns about immunizations and the possibility that they may do more harm than good. I want a health care provider who understands I want the best for my children and have spent many hours reading information so I can make the best decision for my children, even though the decision to vaccinate or not is a hard decision to make. I don't expect a pediatrician to agree with me but just be able to see things from the perspective of a concerned parent. Parents know their children better than anyone else and deserve to make decisions regarding them without the intimidation and coercision of health professionals.

My Doctor in Calgary, AB told me that people who say not to get vaccinated are rooted in witchcraft or opinions. He said it is a true statement and if I don't get my daughter vaccinated that it would affect my ability to receive services with him. His expectations are that if he tells his patient to do something, that as an educated professional his advice should be trusted and done. If patients do not do this, especially in regards to vaccinations then his services would not be continued. He told me to come back in 6 months so he could have a fight with me again. My children (ages 5 years old and 4 months) were just kicked out of their pediatrician's office due to mine and my husband's choice not to have them vaccinated. I took my 4 month old daughter to a check-up appointment Friday and was told by her pediatrician that we could not come back. He said we were "a liability to him and other patients". He tried to badger me into vaccinating them, even though I had told him at a previous appointment we were not interested in vaccinating at this time. It was horrible. He told me I was over-reacting and that adjuvants/preservatives were not harmful. He said if we wanted to change our mind we were "welcome to come back." I said "We won't, but thanks." He asked me "Then what diseases ARE you ok with them getting?" when I told him we still didnt want to vaccinate. He said he believed I just didnt want to see my daughter get a shot. I could have screamed! I cant believe I was spoken to in that way and in that tone in front of my own children. I feel violated.

In November of 2008, my previously healthy 65 year old mother got a flu shot. She had not had one before and does not know why she got one this time. She was a college professor of nursing and had never heard of Guillain Barre or any type of similar vaccine reaction. No one told her about it or that people with autoimmune illnesses are at greater risk of vaccine reactions. She was diagnosed with the Miller Fisher variety of Guillain Barre in Jan 09. Shortly after, because of cardiac complications of her individual case of GBS and treatment, she had a series of strokes which resulted in coma and blindness. She has partially regained her sight but is still effectively a quadraplegic, a year later. She has been hospitalized since Jan 09. Her complete prognosis is unknown but her doctors are certain that she will never be the same as she was before the vaccine. No one is sure if she will regain her ability to stand, walk or use her hands. I warn everyone I can about what can happen as a result of vaccines. I have educated doctors, nurses, scientists, moms, dads and kids. I know that this information has made a difference and I am proud to refer people to the NVIC, where they continue to learn what our government, doctors and most other health professionals won't teach them.

U.S. attorney or district attorney can prosecute Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld for murder on 9/11

Former U.S. President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld can each be prosecuted for murder by a U.S. attorney, by a district attorney or by a non-U.S. state prosecutor whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001. The prima facie evidence for prosecuting Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney and Mr. Rumsfeld for murder is contained in a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress, Parts IV – VII of which published in the Examiner.com article below.
In 2008, former Los Angeles assistant District Attorney and author Vincent Bugliosi presented the legal framework for the prosecution of former George W. Bush for murder in having intentionally misled the U.S. Congress in taking the U.S. to war in Iraq. This reporter, Alfred Lambremont Webre, has successfully presented the legal framework for the prosecution of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld for murder for having knowingly engaged in command and control operations in the false flag operation of 9/11 that intentionally led to the deaths of approximately 2830 innocent civilians and emergency responders at or around the World Trade Center.
In Memo to U.S. Congress: prima facie evidence that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld committed treason on 9/11, Examiner.com reported how a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress presented to then incoming Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich), following the November 2006 mid-term elections sets out prima facie evidence for the appointment of an independent prosecutor to prosecute then U.S. President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and numerous Jane and John Does for treason under Article III (3) of the U.S. Constitution for acts committed on September 11, 2001.
One source states, “In common law jurisdictions, prima facie denotes evidence which – unless rebutted – would be sufficient to prove a particular proposition or fact. For example, in a trial under Criminal law the prosecution has the burden of presenting prima facie evidence of each element of the crime charged against the defendant.” The source continues: “Murder, as defined in common law countries, is the unlawful killing of another human being with intent (or malice aforethought), and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter). As the loss of a human being inflicts enormous grief upon the individuals close to the victim, as well as the fact that the commission of a murder deprives the victim of their existence, most societies both present and in antiquity have considered it a most serious crime worthy of the harshest of punishment. A person convicted of murder is typically given a life sentence or even the death penalty for such an act. A person who commits murder is called a murderer.”
The Memorandum to the U.S. Congress is still on the desk of Rep. John Conyers, Jr. awaiting further action by the U.S. Judiciary Committee. However, as this Examiner.com article demonstrates, prima facie evidence exists for a U.S. attorney, a district attorney or a non-U.S. state prosecutor whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001 to prosecute Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rumsfeld for murder.
The false flag operation of 9/11 is not an academic issue. NATO heads of state, from U.S. President Barack H. Obama to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper routinely still employ "9/11" as the political and symbolic pretext for a war in Afghanistan, and for the expansion of police state measures domestically and in the world’s travel, banking and financial matrix. In a 2006 paper entitled, “False Flag Operations, 9/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective”, Dr. Michael E. Salla writes: “According to an August 2006 Scripps Howard/Ohio University national survey, 36% of Americans believe 9-11 was an ‘inside job’ with government agencies complicit in what occurred. A Zogby poll in May 2006 found that 42% of Americans believed that official explanations and the 9-11 Commission were covering up the truth.”

IV. Why Did the President and His Secret Service Agents Remain at the School?
“President George W. Bush reportedly believed, upon hearing that a plane had struck one of the Twin Towers, that it was an accident. It was not terribly strange, therefore, that he decided to go ahead with the photo-op at the school in Sarasota. Word of the second strike, however, should have indicated to him and his Secret Service agents---assuming the truth of official story, according to which these strikes were unexpected---that the country was undergoing an unprecedented terrorist attack. And yet the Secret Service allowed him to remain at the school for another half hour.
“This behavior was very strange. The president’s location had been highly publicized. If the attacks were indeed unexpected, the Secret Service would have had no idea how many planes had been hijacked, and they would have had to assume that the president himself might be one of the targets: What could be more satisfying to foreign terrorists attacking high-value targets in the United States than to kill the president? For all the Secret Service would have known, a hijacked airliner might have been bearing down on the school at that very minute, ready to crash into it, killing the president and everyone else there---including the Secret Service agents themselves. It is, in any case, standard procedure for the Secret Service to rush the president to a safe location whenever there is any sign that he may be in danger. And yet these agents, besides allowing the president to remain in the classroom another 10 minutes, permitted him to speak on television, thereby announcing to the world that he was still at the school.
“Would not this behavior be explainable only if Bush and the head of the Secret Service detail knew that the planned attacks did not include an attack on the president? And how could this have been known for certain unless the attacks were being carried out by people within our own government? The 9/11 Commission, far from asking these questions, was content to report that ‘[t]he Secret Service told us they . . . did not think it imperative for [the president] to run out the door.’ A serious inquiry into this matter, therefore, remains to be made.”

V. Why Did the 9/11 Commission Lie about Vice President Cheney?
“One sign of the complicity of Vice President Cheney is the fact that the 9/11 Commission evidently felt a need to lie about the time of two of his activities: his entry into the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) under the White House and his giving the order to shoot down any unauthorized airplanes.
“It had been widely reported that Cheney had gone down to the PEOC shortly after the second strike on the WTC, hence about 9:15. The most compelling witness was Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who testified to the 9/11 Commission that when he arrived at the PEOC at 9:20, Cheney was already there and fully in charge. “The 9/11 Commission Report, however, claimed that Cheney did not enter the PEOC until ‘shortly before 10:00, perhaps at 9:58.’ Mineta’s testimony, given in an open hearing, was simply omitted from the Commission’s final report. Why would the Commission go to such lengths to conceal the true time of Cheney’s entry into the PEOC?
“One possible reason would involve the content of Mineta’s testimony. He said: ‘During the time that the airplane was coming in to the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President, ‘The plane is 50 miles out.’ ‘The plane is 30 miles out.’ And when it got down to ‘the plane is 10 miles out,’ the young man also said to the Vice President, ‘Do the orders still stand?’ And the Vice President . . . said, ‘Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?’
“Mineta said that this conversation---evidently meaning the final exchange---occurred at about 9:25 or 9:26.
“This testimony creates a problem for the official story. Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld’s spokesman, in explaining why the Pentagon was not evacuated before it was struck, claimed that ‘[t]he Pentagon was simply not aware that this aircraft was coming our way.’ The 9/11 Commission claimed that there was no warning about an unidentified aircraft heading towards Washington until 9:36 and hence only ‘one or two minutes’ before the Pentagon was struck at 9:38. Mineta’s account, however, says that Cheney knew about an approaching aircraft more than 10 minutes earlier. There would have been over 12 minutes for the Pentagon to be evacuated.
“Mineta’s account also seems to suggest that Cheney had issued stand-down orders. Mineta himself did not make this allegation, saying instead that he assumed that ‘the orders’ were to have the plane shot down. But besides the fact that that interpretation does not fit what actually happened--the aircraft was not shot down---it would make the story unintelligible: The question whether the orders still stood would not make sense unless they were orders to do something unexpected---not to shoot the aircraft down. By omitting Mineta’s testimony and stating that Cheney did not enter the PEOC until almost 10:00, the 9/11 Commission implied that Cheney could not have given a stand-down order to allow an aircraft to strike the Pentagon.
“The lie about Cheney’s entry into the PEOC was also important to the controversy over whether the US military shot down Flight 93. The 9/11 Commission, simply ignoring a vast amount of evidence that the military did so, supported the official claim that it did not. The Commission provided this support by claiming that Cheney, having not arrived at the PEOC until almost 10:00, did not issue the shoot-down order until after 10:10---which would have been seven or more minutes after Flight 93 had crashed (at 10:03). But in addition to the evidence that Cheney had been in the PEOC since about 9:15, we also have evidence---including statements from Richard Clarke and Colonel Robert Marr, the head of NORAD’s northeast sector (NEADS) ---that Cheney’s shoot-down order was issued well before 10:00.
“The 9/11 Commission’s obvious lies about Cheney’s activities give reason to suspect that it, under the leadership of Philip Zelikow, was trying to conceal Cheney’s responsibility for the Pentagon strike and the downing of Flight 93.”
VI. Did Members of the Bush-Cheney Administration Have Reasons to Desire the Attacks of 9/11?
“Besides having the means and opportunity to orchestrate the events of 9/11 and their subsequent cover-up, high officials in the Bush-Cheney administration would also have had motives.
“Afghanistan: Zbigniew Brzezinski’s 1997 book, The Grand Chessboard, had said that establishing military bases in Central Asia would be crucial for maintaining ‘American primacy,’ partly because of the huge oil reserves around the Caspian Sea. But American democracy, he added, ‘is inimical to imperial mobilization.’ Brzezinski, explaining that the public had ‘supported America’s engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor,’ suggested that Americans today would support the needed military operations in Central Asia only ‘in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.’
"Support for these operations was generated by 9/11 plus the claim by the Bush-Cheney administration that the attacks had been planned in Afghanistan by Osama bin Laden—-a claim for which it refused to provide any proof.
“A more specific motivation was provided by the ‘pipeline war.’ The Bush-Cheney administration supported--as had the Clinton-Gore administration until 1999--UNOCAL’s plan to build an oil-and-gas pipeline through Afghanistan, but the Taliban, being unable to provide sufficient security, had become regarded as an obstacle. In a meeting in Berlin in July 2001, representatives of the Bush-Cheney administration, trying to get the Taliban to share power with other factions, reportedly gave them an ultimatum: ‘Either you accept our offer of a carpet of gold, or we bury you under a carpet of bombs.’ When the Taliban refused, the Americans reportedly said that ‘military action against Afghanistan would go ahead . . . before the snows started falling in Afghanistan, by the middle of October at the latest.’
“Given the fact that the attacks on New York and Washington occurred on September 11, the U.S. military had time to get logistically ready to begin the attack on Afghanistan on October 7.
“Iraq: Some key members of the Bush-Cheney administration---including Paul Wolfowitz, Lewis ‘Scooter’ Libby, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney himself---had in the late 1990s been active members of an organization, the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), that advocated attacking Iraq to remove Saddam Hussein, establish a strong military presence, and control the oil. PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses, released late in 2000, reiterated the idea of a permanent military presence in the Gulf region, saying that the ‘unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification’ but ‘the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.’
“Immediately upon taking office, the Bush administration---two former members have revealed--- was intent on attacking Iraq. Then in 2003, after its war in Afghanistan, the administration used 9/11 as a pretext for attacking Iraq, partly by suggesting that Saddam was involved in the attacks, partly by playing on the American people’s sense, created by 9/11, of being vulnerable to a major attack from abroad.
“Increased Military Spending: A second possible motive was provided by PNAC’s more general goal of further increasing America’s military superiority to be able to achieve global domination. This goal had already been asserted in the draft of the ‘Defense Planning Guidance’ written in 1992 by Wolfowitz and Libby under the guidance of Cheney, who was completing his tenure as secretary of defense. (In an essay that was entered into the Congressional Record, this draft was portrayed as an early version of Cheney’s ‘Plan . . . to rule the world.’)
“In 2000, Wolfowitz and Libby were listed as participants in the project to produce PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses, in which this goal showed up again. This document also contained an idea perhaps derived from Brzezinski’s book: After saying that the desired Pax Americana ‘must have a secure foundation on unquestioned U.S. military preeminence’ and that such preeminence will require a technological transformation of the US military, it adds that this process of transformation will ‘likely be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event--like a new Pearl Harbor.’
“When 9/11 came, it was immediately treated as ‘the Pearl Harbor of the 21st century,’ as President Bush reportedly called it that very night. It was also characterized as, in Bush’s words, ‘a great opportunity,’ with Rumsfeld adding that 9/11 created ‘the kind of opportunities that World War II offered, to refashion the world.’ This idea then showed up in The National Security Strategy of the United States of America, issued by the Bush administration in September 2002, which brazenly said: ‘The events of September 11, 2001 opened vast, new opportunities.’
“A central dimension of the desired technological transformation of the military is the weaponization of space, euphemistically called ‘Missile Defense.’ In January of 2001, the Commission to Assess U.S. National Security Space Management and Organization, which was chaired by Rumsfeld, published its report. Speaking of the need for massive funding for the U.S. Space Command, the Rumsfeld Commission asked whether such funding would occur only after a ‘Space Pearl Harbor.’
“On the evening of 9/11, Rumsfeld held a press conference. In attendance was Senator Carl Levin, the chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee, who was asked this question: ‘Senator Levin, you and other Democrats in Congress have voiced fear that you simply don’t have enough money for the large increase in defense that the Pentagon is seeking, especially for missile defense. . . . Does this sort of thing convince you that an emergency exists in this country to increase defense spending. . . ?’ Congress immediately appropriated an additional $40 billion for the Pentagon and much more later, with few questions asked.

VII. Summation: The 9/11 Attacks as Acts of Treason
“The facts recited above constitute prima facie evidence that the named individuals---U.S. President George W. Bush, U.S. Vice President Richard B. Cheney, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld---and other John and Jane Does are independently and jointly guilty of Treason against these United States under Article III (3) of the U.S. Constitution, because:
“I. The attacks of 9/11, as portrayed in the official account, could not have succeeded if standard operating procedures between the FAA and NORAD had been followed. The Pentagon, under the leadership of Donald Rumsfeld, has provided three mutually inconsistent accounts of NORAD’s response, which means that at least two of them are false. Moreover, the third account, articulated by the 9/11 Commission, is contradicted by a wide range of facts, including evidence that the FAA had notified NORAD in a timely fashion. There must have been stand-down orders, and these could have come only from the highest levels of the Pentagon and the White House.
“II. Overwhelming evidence exists that the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 were instances of controlled demolition. But al-Qaeda operatives could not have obtained the needed access to the buildings to plant the explosives and would not have ensured that the buildings come straight down. The controlled demolition, therefore, had to be the work of insiders. That President Bush was one of those insiders is suggested by the fact that his brother and cousin were principals in the company in charge of WTC security. Complicity at the highest levels of the federal government is also indicated by the removal of evidence (the collapsed steel), which is normally a federal offense. Finally, if the airplane strikes could have occurred only with the consent of the president and the secretary of defense (as suggested in the previous point), the coordination of these strikes with the demolition of the buildings implies their involvement in the latter as well.
“III. Overwhelming evidence also exists for the conclusion that the attack on the Pentagon was an inside job. That the official story could not be true is evident from many facts: Hani Hanjour’s incompetence; the choice of the west wing as the target; the impossibility of a commercial airliner’s coming back to Washington undetected and hitting the Pentagon unless permitted; and the lack of physical evidence consistent with an attack by a Boeing 757. That the strike was an inside job is implied by the falsity of the official story, the evidence that the strike was made by a military aircraft, the removal of evidence, and the government’s refusal to release videos of the strike. This operation could hardly have been planned without the involvement of Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld.
“IV. Complicity at the highest levels of the federal government is also indicated by President Bush’s remaining at the school after it was evident---given the truth of the official account---that the United States was experiencing a surprise attack. This behavior makes sense only if Bush and his lead Secret Service agent knew that there would be no attack on the school.
“V. The complicity of Vice President Cheney in the attack on the Pentagon and the downing of Flight 93 is implied by the testimony of Secretary Mineta in conjunction with the false claims of the 9/11 Commission, under the guidance of administration insider Philip Zelikow, as to when Cheney went to the PEOC and when he issued the shoot-down authorization.
“VI. The conclusion from the evidence that members of the Bush administration orchestrated the attacks of 9/11 is reinforced by the fact that they had some huge projects---prosecuting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and obtaining funding to accelerate the technological transformation of the military---that would likely be possible only in the event of “a new Pearl Harbor.”
“On the basis of this and other evidence, the conclusion that the Bush-Cheney administration was complicit in the 9/11 attacks has been reached by many Americans, including intellectuals and former military officers. It is time for an independent official investigation into this evidence."

My Observation of LAX Security Events on 9/11

“I was employed in upper management at LAX involved with security in the APO (Air Port Operations---where the planes are, not the passengers). I will not otherwise identify myself in this statement, since I, for both personal and professional reasons, need to remain anonymous. But I will give as much detail as possible about security-related events in the APO that I overheard on September 11, 2001, and will also suggest ways in which my account could be corroborated.
“’Security’ in the APO involves the CHP, LAWA PD, LAPD, and the FBI, herein referred to as ‘Security’ (but the CHP was not in proximity to me during the period my account covers).

“As on other days, there was ‘chatter’ on LAX Security walkie-talkies, so what Security was saying could easily be heard. On some of the walkie-talkies I could overhear both sides of the conversations, on others only one. I do not know who was at the other end of the walkie-talkies, but I can only assume that it was LAX dispatch or command.
“While there, I observed and heard the following:
“At first, LAX Security was very upset because at that time it seemed to Security that none of the Air Traffic Controllers (ATCs) tracking the hijacked airliners had notified NORAD as required. Security was well aware that LAX was a target and Emergency SOP were already in progress in that there was discussion of evacuating the airport.
“More chatter revealed that the ATCs had notified NORAD, but that NORAD had not responded because it had been ‘ordered to stand down.’ This report made Security even more upset, so they tried to find out who had issued that order. A short time later the word came down that the order had come ‘from the highest level of the White House.’ This seemed inappropriate, so Security made attempts for more details and clarification, which was not resolved in my presence.
“3 planes were grounded and swapped out in Atlanta, Georgia, simply because they did not pass the routine pre-flight inspection checklist. Those planes were found to be fully loaded with automatic weapons. LAX Security surmised that could only have been accomplished by Maintenance, the Caterers, but, in their view, most likely by ‘House Keeping.’
“LAX Security believed that the terrorists did not board the planes through the passenger terminals, but rather by similar means, i.e. via House Keeping. Other airports were mentioned, but I was unable to get it all down. Therefore, I don’t have an accurate accounting for the status and location of the other planes.
“Another piece of information that I overheard was that the Pentagon had been hit by a rocket.
“There was also a radio station identifying itself as LAX Radio, from which the following was heard:
“There were 11 planes and 11 targets. But at the time only 10 of the targets were mentioned: the WTC; the Pentagon; the White House; the Capitol; Camp David; the Sears Tower; the Space Needle; the Trans America Bldg.; LAX; and Air Force One—‘if it could be found.’
“Two fighter jets had been scrambled and had successfully shot down a hijacked airliner over Pennsylvania. The point of deployment of the fighter jets was also mentioned, but I can’t remember the name of the military base.
"Points of origin mentioned included Newark, Atlanta, and other locations, but it was confusing to me in that I couldn’t determine if they were with respect to hijacked planes or fighter jets being scrambled. Unfortunately the names of these airports were not all familiar to me or it would have been easier for me to account for them.
“As I was leaving there was an order to evacuate the airport.
“In 2001 and 2002 I tried to notify the media of the events at LAX, but they made it clear they were not interested.
Possible Corroboration
“I can think of four ways in which my account of what I heard could be corroborated:
“1st LAWA PD, LAPD, and FBI records will reveal the names of the security officers on duty in the APO during the time of the attacks.
“2nd I believe the head of LAX Security in the APO at that time was Captain Gray. He should be able to confirm the fact that my account reflects what happened that morning.
“3rd The audio recordings of radio transmissions at LAX would reveal the comments of all the Security officers and LAX dispatch/command.
“4th The audio recording of the LAX Radio broadcast would reveal what was broadcast on 911.
“Note: Items 3 and 4 would reveal if I have inadvertently confused information attained from LAX Security with information received from LAX Radio. (For example, I believe I heard the comment about a rocket hitting the Pentagon during the walkie-talkie conversations, but it is possible that I heard it later on the radio.)”

This article is the fourth of a multi-part series on secret technologies, their application to the events of September 11, 2001, and the consequent implications for our society.
Former U.S. President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld can each be prosecuted for murder by a U.S. attorney, by a district attorney or by a non-U.S. state prosecutor whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001. The prima facie evidence for prosecuting Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney and Mr. Rumsfeld for murder is contained in a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress, Parts IV – VII of which published in the Examiner.com article below.
In 2008, former Los Angeles assistant District Attorney and author Vincent Bugliosi presented the legal framework for the prosecution of former George W. Bush for murder in having intentionally misled the U.S. Congress in taking the U.S. to war in Iraq. This reporter, Alfred Lambremont Webre, has successfully presented the legal framework for the prosecution of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld for murder for having knowingly engaged in command and control operations in the false flag operation of 9/11 that intentionally led to the deaths of approximately 2830 innocent civilians and emergency responders at or around the World Trade Center.
In Memo to U.S. Congress: prima facie evidence that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld committed treason on 9/11, Examiner.com reported how a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress presented to then incoming Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich), following the November 2006 mid-term elections sets out prima facie evidence for the appointment of an independent prosecutor to prosecute then U.S. President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and numerous Jane and John Does for treason under Article III (3) of the U.S. Constitution for acts committed on September 11, 2001.
One source states, “In common law jurisdictions, prima facie denotes evidence which – unless rebutted – would be sufficient to prove a particular proposition or fact. For example, in a trial under Criminal law the prosecution has the burden of presenting prima facie evidence of each element of the crime charged against the defendant.” The source continues: “Murder, as defined in common law countries, is the unlawful killing of another human being with intent (or malice aforethought), and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter). As the loss of a human being inflicts enormous grief upon the individuals close to the victim, as well as the fact that the commission of a murder deprives the victim of their existence, most societies both present and in antiquity have considered it a most serious crime worthy of the harshest of punishment. A person convicted of murder is typically given a life sentence or even the death penalty for such an act. A person who commits murder is called a murderer.”
The Memorandum to the U.S. Congress is still on the desk of Rep. John Conyers, Jr. awaiting further action by the U.S. Judiciary Committee. However, as this Examiner.com article demonstrates, prima facie evidence exists for a U.S. attorney, a district attorney or a non-U.S. state prosecutor whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001 to prosecute Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rumsfeld for murder.
The false flag operation of 9/11 is not an academic issue. NATO heads of state, from U.S. President Barack H. Obama to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper routinely still employ "9/11" as the political and symbolic pretext for a war in Afghanistan, and for the expansion of police state measures domestically and in the world’s travel, banking and financial matrix. In a 2006 paper entitled, “False Flag Operations, 9/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective”, Dr. Michael E. Salla writes: “According to an August 2006 Scripps Howard/Ohio University national survey, 36% of Americans believe 9-11 was an ‘inside job’ with government agencies complicit in what occurred. A Zogby poll in May 2006 found that 42% of Americans believed that official explanations and the 9-11 Commission were covering up the truth.”

IV. Why Did the President and His Secret Service Agents Remain at the School?
“President George W. Bush reportedly believed, upon hearing that a plane had struck one of the Twin Towers, that it was an accident. It was not terribly strange, therefore, that he decided to go ahead with the photo-op at the school in Sarasota. Word of the second strike, however, should have indicated to him and his Secret Service agents---assuming the truth of official story, according to which these strikes were unexpected---that the country was undergoing an unprecedented terrorist attack. And yet the Secret Service allowed him to remain at the school for another half hour.
“This behavior was very strange. The president’s location had been highly publicized. If the attacks were indeed unexpected, the Secret Service would have had no idea how many planes had been hijacked, and they would have had to assume that the president himself might be one of the targets: What could be more satisfying to foreign terrorists attacking high-value targets in the United States than to kill the president? For all the Secret Service would have known, a hijacked airliner might have been bearing down on the school at that very minute, ready to crash into it, killing the president and everyone else there---including the Secret Service agents themselves. It is, in any case, standard procedure for the Secret Service to rush the president to a safe location whenever there is any sign that he may be in danger. And yet these agents, besides allowing the president to remain in the classroom another 10 minutes, permitted him to speak on television, thereby announcing to the world that he was still at the school.
“Would not this behavior be explainable only if Bush and the head of the Secret Service detail knew that the planned attacks did not include an attack on the president? And how could this have been known for certain unless the attacks were being carried out by people within our own government? The 9/11 Commission, far from asking these questions, was content to report that ‘[t]he Secret Service told us they . . . did not think it imperative for [the president] to run out the door.’ A serious inquiry into this matter, therefore, remains to be made.”

V. Why Did the 9/11 Commission Lie about Vice President Cheney?
“One sign of the complicity of Vice President Cheney is the fact that the 9/11 Commission evidently felt a need to lie about the time of two of his activities: his entry into the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) under the White House and his giving the order to shoot down any unauthorized airplanes.
“It had been widely reported that Cheney had gone down to the PEOC shortly after the second strike on the WTC, hence about 9:15. The most compelling witness was Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who testified to the 9/11 Commission that when he arrived at the PEOC at 9:20, Cheney was already there and fully in charge. “The 9/11 Commission Report, however, claimed that Cheney did not enter the PEOC until ‘shortly before 10:00, perhaps at 9:58.’ Mineta’s testimony, given in an open hearing, was simply omitted from the Commission’s final report. Why would the Commission go to such lengths to conceal the true time of Cheney’s entry into the PEOC?
“One possible reason would involve the content of Mineta’s testimony. He said: ‘During the time that the airplane was coming in to the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President, ‘The plane is 50 miles out.’ ‘The plane is 30 miles out.’ And when it got down to ‘the plane is 10 miles out,’ the young man also said to the Vice President, ‘Do the orders still stand?’ And the Vice President . . . said, ‘Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?’
“Mineta said that this conversation---evidently meaning the final exchange---occurred at about 9:25 or 9:26.
“This testimony creates a problem for the official story. Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld’s spokesman, in explaining why the Pentagon was not evacuated before it was struck, claimed that ‘[t]he Pentagon was simply not aware that this aircraft was coming our way.’ The 9/11 Commission claimed that there was no warning about an unidentified aircraft heading towards Washington until 9:36 and hence only ‘one or two minutes’ before the Pentagon was struck at 9:38. Mineta’s account, however, says that Cheney knew about an approaching aircraft more than 10 minutes earlier. There would have been over 12 minutes for the Pentagon to be evacuated.
“Mineta’s account also seems to suggest that Cheney had issued stand-down orders. Mineta himself did not make this allegation, saying instead that he assumed that ‘the orders’ were to have the plane shot down. But besides the fact that that interpretation does not fit what actually happened--the aircraft was not shot down---it would make the story unintelligible: The question whether the orders still stood would not make sense unless they were orders to do something unexpected---not to shoot the aircraft down. By omitting Mineta’s testimony and stating that Cheney did not enter the PEOC until almost 10:00, the 9/11 Commission implied that Cheney could not have given a stand-down order to allow an aircraft to strike the Pentagon.
“The lie about Cheney’s entry into the PEOC was also important to the controversy over whether the US military shot down Flight 93. The 9/11 Commission, simply ignoring a vast amount of evidence that the military did so, supported the official claim that it did not. The Commission provided this support by claiming that Cheney, having not arrived at the PEOC until almost 10:00, did not issue the shoot-down order until after 10:10---which would have been seven or more minutes after Flight 93 had crashed (at 10:03). But in addition to the evidence that Cheney had been in the PEOC since about 9:15, we also have evidence---including statements from Richard Clarke and Colonel Robert Marr, the head of NORAD’s northeast sector (NEADS) ---that Cheney’s shoot-down order was issued well before 10:00.
“The 9/11 Commission’s obvious lies about Cheney’s activities give reason to suspect that it, under the leadership of Philip Zelikow, was trying to conceal Cheney’s responsibility for the Pentagon strike and the downing of Flight 93.”
VI. Did Members of the Bush-Cheney Administration Have Reasons to Desire the Attacks of 9/11?
“Besides having the means and opportunity to orchestrate the events of 9/11 and their subsequent cover-up, high officials in the Bush-Cheney administration would also have had motives.
“Afghanistan: Zbigniew Brzezinski’s 1997 book, The Grand Chessboard, had said that establishing military bases in Central Asia would be crucial for maintaining ‘American primacy,’ partly because of the huge oil reserves around the Caspian Sea. But American democracy, he added, ‘is inimical to imperial mobilization.’ Brzezinski, explaining that the public had ‘supported America’s engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor,’ suggested that Americans today would support the needed military operations in Central Asia only ‘in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.’
"Support for these operations was generated by 9/11 plus the claim by the Bush-Cheney administration that the attacks had been planned in Afghanistan by Osama bin Laden—-a claim for which it refused to provide any proof.
“A more specific motivation was provided by the ‘pipeline war.’ The Bush-Cheney administration supported--as had the Clinton-Gore administration until 1999--UNOCAL’s plan to build an oil-and-gas pipeline through Afghanistan, but the Taliban, being unable to provide sufficient security, had become regarded as an obstacle. In a meeting in Berlin in July 2001, representatives of the Bush-Cheney administration, trying to get the Taliban to share power with other factions, reportedly gave them an ultimatum: ‘Either you accept our offer of a carpet of gold, or we bury you under a carpet of bombs.’ When the Taliban refused, the Americans reportedly said that ‘military action against Afghanistan would go ahead . . . before the snows started falling in Afghanistan, by the middle of October at the latest.’
“Given the fact that the attacks on New York and Washington occurred on September 11, the U.S. military had time to get logistically ready to begin the attack on Afghanistan on October 7.
“Iraq: Some key members of the Bush-Cheney administration---including Paul Wolfowitz, Lewis ‘Scooter’ Libby, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney himself---had in the late 1990s been active members of an organization, the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), that advocated attacking Iraq to remove Saddam Hussein, establish a strong military presence, and control the oil. PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses, released late in 2000, reiterated the idea of a permanent military presence in the Gulf region, saying that the ‘unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification’ but ‘the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.’
“Immediately upon taking office, the Bush administration---two former members have revealed--- was intent on attacking Iraq. Then in 2003, after its war in Afghanistan, the administration used 9/11 as a pretext for attacking Iraq, partly by suggesting that Saddam was involved in the attacks, partly by playing on the American people’s sense, created by 9/11, of being vulnerable to a major attack from abroad.
“Increased Military Spending: A second possible motive was provided by PNAC’s more general goal of further increasing America’s military superiority to be able to achieve global domination. This goal had already been asserted in the draft of the ‘Defense Planning Guidance’ written in 1992 by Wolfowitz and Libby under the guidance of Cheney, who was completing his tenure as secretary of defense. (In an essay that was entered into the Congressional Record, this draft was portrayed as an early version of Cheney’s ‘Plan . . . to rule the world.’)
“In 2000, Wolfowitz and Libby were listed as participants in the project to produce PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses, in which this goal showed up again. This document also contained an idea perhaps derived from Brzezinski’s book: After saying that the desired Pax Americana ‘must have a secure foundation on unquestioned U.S. military preeminence’ and that such preeminence will require a technological transformation of the US military, it adds that this process of transformation will ‘likely be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event--like a new Pearl Harbor.’
“When 9/11 came, it was immediately treated as ‘the Pearl Harbor of the 21st century,’ as President Bush reportedly called it that very night. It was also characterized as, in Bush’s words, ‘a great opportunity,’ with Rumsfeld adding that 9/11 created ‘the kind of opportunities that World War II offered, to refashion the world.’ This idea then showed up in The National Security Strategy of the United States of America, issued by the Bush administration in September 2002, which brazenly said: ‘The events of September 11, 2001 opened vast, new opportunities.’
“A central dimension of the desired technological transformation of the military is the weaponization of space, euphemistically called ‘Missile Defense.’ In January of 2001, the Commission to Assess U.S. National Security Space Management and Organization, which was chaired by Rumsfeld, published its report. Speaking of the need for massive funding for the U.S. Space Command, the Rumsfeld Commission asked whether such funding would occur only after a ‘Space Pearl Harbor.’
“On the evening of 9/11, Rumsfeld held a press conference. In attendance was Senator Carl Levin, the chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee, who was asked this question: ‘Senator Levin, you and other Democrats in Congress have voiced fear that you simply don’t have enough money for the large increase in defense that the Pentagon is seeking, especially for missile defense. . . . Does this sort of thing convince you that an emergency exists in this country to increase defense spending. . . ?’ Congress immediately appropriated an additional $40 billion for the Pentagon and much more later, with few questions asked.

VII. Summation: The 9/11 Attacks as Acts of Treason
“The facts recited above constitute prima facie evidence that the named individuals---U.S. President George W. Bush, U.S. Vice President Richard B. Cheney, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld---and other John and Jane Does are independently and jointly guilty of Treason against these United States under Article III (3) of the U.S. Constitution, because:
“I. The attacks of 9/11, as portrayed in the official account, could not have succeeded if standard operating procedures between the FAA and NORAD had been followed. The Pentagon, under the leadership of Donald Rumsfeld, has provided three mutually inconsistent accounts of NORAD’s response, which means that at least two of them are false. Moreover, the third account, articulated by the 9/11 Commission, is contradicted by a wide range of facts, including evidence that the FAA had notified NORAD in a timely fashion. There must have been stand-down orders, and these could have come only from the highest levels of the Pentagon and the White House.
“II. Overwhelming evidence exists that the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 were instances of controlled demolition. But al-Qaeda operatives could not have obtained the needed access to the buildings to plant the explosives and would not have ensured that the buildings come straight down. The controlled demolition, therefore, had to be the work of insiders. That President Bush was one of those insiders is suggested by the fact that his brother and cousin were principals in the company in charge of WTC security. Complicity at the highest levels of the federal government is also indicated by the removal of evidence (the collapsed steel), which is normally a federal offense. Finally, if the airplane strikes could have occurred only with the consent of the president and the secretary of defense (as suggested in the previous point), the coordination of these strikes with the demolition of the buildings implies their involvement in the latter as well.
“III. Overwhelming evidence also exists for the conclusion that the attack on the Pentagon was an inside job. That the official story could not be true is evident from many facts: Hani Hanjour’s incompetence; the choice of the west wing as the target; the impossibility of a commercial airliner’s coming back to Washington undetected and hitting the Pentagon unless permitted; and the lack of physical evidence consistent with an attack by a Boeing 757. That the strike was an inside job is implied by the falsity of the official story, the evidence that the strike was made by a military aircraft, the removal of evidence, and the government’s refusal to release videos of the strike. This operation could hardly have been planned without the involvement of Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld.
“IV. Complicity at the highest levels of the federal government is also indicated by President Bush’s remaining at the school after it was evident---given the truth of the official account---that the United States was experiencing a surprise attack. This behavior makes sense only if Bush and his lead Secret Service agent knew that there would be no attack on the school.
“V. The complicity of Vice President Cheney in the attack on the Pentagon and the downing of Flight 93 is implied by the testimony of Secretary Mineta in conjunction with the false claims of the 9/11 Commission, under the guidance of administration insider Philip Zelikow, as to when Cheney went to the PEOC and when he issued the shoot-down authorization.
“VI. The conclusion from the evidence that members of the Bush administration orchestrated the attacks of 9/11 is reinforced by the fact that they had some huge projects---prosecuting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and obtaining funding to accelerate the technological transformation of the military---that would likely be possible only in the event of “a new Pearl Harbor.”
“On the basis of this and other evidence, the conclusion that the Bush-Cheney administration was complicit in the 9/11 attacks has been reached by many Americans, including intellectuals and former military officers. It is time for an independent official investigation into this evidence."

This heading may appear alarming to some people but is there a hidden master plan? Is it possible that some aspects of this has already started and if so how and who is involved. We hear so many times of the so called “New World Order and the “Illuminati” but does it actually exist? What ever you want to call this elite organisation one can say with some certainty that it does certainly exist. I also find it incredible that this relatively small group can change the course of history and we the millions may have no power to stop it.
So where does this start and who is involved? In my opinion mass depopulation is already well underway with the use of weapons containing uranium components. It all started back in the Balkans and has progressively worked its way via Kuwait – Iraq – Afghanistan – Lebanon – Gaza – Pakistan and soon Yemen and Somalia.
But let’s turn back the clock and see when the aggressive use of “Dirty Weapons” really started. As I said previously the war in Balkans was the initial testing grounds for these weapons but something significant had to happen to allow the New World Order to move forward. Obviously 9/11 kick started a series of events that has now become part of the “New World Orders Master Plan. In my opinion 9/11 was a total conspiracy and a very carefully planned Mossad operation, with of course the full support of certain figures within the US and elsewhere. I will cover this conspiracy in more details later on in the series
Doesn’t it appear strange that some of the most powerful people in the world are members of the Freemasons and yet I feel that there are others much further up the ladder that pull the strings of these puppets. The ones at the top of the pyramid are the supper rich elite who control the finances of the world and thus have control of the world. You may be surprised to learn who some of these key players are and what this means to the majority of us who live on this planet. I will cover this aspect in another part.
So this “False Flag Conspiracy” called 9/11 gave these evil satanic minded people the justification to go to war whilst at the same time allowed them to spread fear into the hearts and minds of their respective populations. Perhaps, you the public are not totally convinced that 9/11 was a conspiracy, hopefully before the end of this series you will be!
Whilst talking about 9/11 as to who did what or how such a huge structure managed to collapse like a pack of card, let’s just ask the question why have so many emergency teams became acutely sick and may succumb to cancer? Besides the controlled explosions that took place what could cause this ever increasing list of casualties and why is the US Government moving so fast to keep this out of court? Could it be that depleted uranium also became part of this scenario?
A fund has been raised by the Federal Reserve for between 10,000 – 70,000 workers who will be offered a share in the $657 million payout. The deal however does come with an ultimatum that no one takes out a lawsuit. One should also ask the question, how many more people in the New York area have become victims of 9/11?
So to move on, you may ask the question who would want to depopulate in mass and how is it possible to do this without we the people knowing it is taking place? How could this be achieved over a period of time? Has this process already started and when did it start?
To find the answers we have to go back to the original nuclear tests that were carried out at Los Alamos. It must be clearly understand that back in 1943 nuclear experts were discussing the advantages of using fine dust as a weapon. One such document was issued on the 30th of October 1943 which quoted “ It is recommended that a decision be obtained from competent authority authorizing additional work pertaining to the use of radioactive materials in order that this country may be ready to use such materials or be ready to defend itself against the use of such materials”. This same document contained information as follows:

This document gave the background to today’s weapons that are not only highly effective in there ability to penetration deep into the target but also the pyrophoric qualities of this product allows it to ignite spontaneously and create a huge cloud of fine DU dust that becomes a lethal airborne aerosol.

He warned that the large percentage of toxic uranium in the territory would pose a real threat to future generations.
So what do these evil planners have in mind for the residents of planet Earth? How could this be carried out and who would be the chosen few? It is obvious that the first victims in the current stand off would be Israel and Iran who would form part of the initial stages of their plan. One can also see amongst this complicated array of manipulators an extremely powerful Pro Israeli Lobby Groups who offer vast sums of money to potential political candidates or parties in return for the indirect manipulation of a countries policy that favours Israel. The top of the list must surely be The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in the US. These powerful groups almost have the ability to write bills for Congress. They also have the power to squash anything that the Israelis could consider as being against their best interests or that could do damage to their country. On example of this being the Goldstone Report which is now in the balance as a direct result of AIPAC interference and their influence in Congress. The power they wield via the members that they have funded or continue to fund makes them an extremely powerful and dangerous group. They are also supported by the US Friends of Israel, EU Friends of Israel, Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrats Friends of Israel in the UK. How can one say with sincerity that any political party is truly representative of its people?
One final point before closing Part 1 is the fact that we have a United Nations that basically has no strength whatsoever, despite the number of nations that created it…..it is a tool by which it’s Security Council decides the fate of any nation. For some time now this Security Council appears to have another member who does not qualify to sit at the table of the elite and yet is consulted on all matters…. That country is Germany.
We started to see this involvement when Obama, Brown and Sarkosy last met in the US and handed out some pretty strong words to Iran…..I refer to this group as the G3.5. Today we see Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel's agreeing on sanctions against Iran……can one believe the audacity and arrogance of these people forming alliances and making decisions outside of the United Nations. This heading may appear alarming to some people but is there a hidden master plan? Is it possible that some aspects of this has already started and if so how and who is involved. But let’s turn back the clock and see when the aggressive use of “Dirty Weapons” really started. As I said previously the war in Balkans was the initial testing grounds for these weapons but something significant had to happen to allow the New World Order to move forward. Obviously 9/11 kick started a series of events that has now become part of the “New World Orders Master Plan. In my opinion 9/11 was a total conspiracy and a very carefully planned Mossad operation, with of course the full support of certain figures within the US and elsewhere. Doesn’t it appear strange that some of the most powerful people in the world are members of the Freemasons and yet I feel that there are others much further up the ladder that pull the strings of these puppets. One such document was issued on the 30th of October 1943 which quoted “ It is recommended that a decision be obtained from competent authority authorizing additional work pertaining to the use of radioactive materials in order that this country may be ready to use such materials or be ready to defend itself against the use of such materials”. States fear that five words in Obama health law will open door to lawsuits

The addition to existing law of five words, and a comma, may cause a world of hurt to state governments.
Tucked away on page 466 of President Obama’s 2,704-page health-care bill is a provision that changes the definition of “medical assistance,” the term describing what states are required to provide to Medicaid recipients.
States have in the past been required to provide payment for services to physicians. Now, under the new definition, states will be liable for ensuring provision of “the care and services themselves.”
In other words, states are legally on the hook not only to ensure that Medicaid recipients are paid for, but that they’re seen by a doctor.
Medicaid recipients have found it increasingly difficult to be seen by doctors, as states in extreme economic duress have cut payment rates.
The new law seeks to solve the problem, but may cost states even more money at a time when most are in some of the worst economic straits since the Great Depression.
“With the expanded definition, it leaves every state vulnerable to a new wave of lawsuits any time someone cannot access a service, even if that service is limited by virtue of the rates we pay,” said Alan Levine, Louisiana’s secretary of health and hospitals, in a recent memo prepared for fellow state government officials.
Levine wrote: “DHH cannot estimate the cost of this, but it is not even worth estimating. It will be substantial.”
Ann Kohler, director of health policy at the nonpartisan American Public Human Services Association, said she was aware of the concern and was “looking at the legislative language,” but had not yet reached a determination.
“I have my lawyers looking at it right now,” she said.
Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee said they agreed that the provision could open the floodgates to lawsuits.
“Section 2304 changes the definition of Medical Assistance, and potentially, wipes clean years of court precedent that has kept states from losing very expensive lawsuits,” a GOP staffer said. “The states and the Medicaid directors are very worried about this provision.”
A spokeswoman for House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman, California Democrat, did not respond to a request for comment on the provision.
Victor Schwartz, a tort law expert at Shook, Hardy and Bacon in D.C., said that Waxman sees trial lawyers as positive agents of change.
“He sees tort law as a regulatory engine that’s needed just beyond legislation. He sees trial lawyers as heroic who are there to help the ordinary people,” Schwartz said.
“That may have been true 30 years ago when Mr. Waxman was a lawyer, but now it’s big business as much as Exxon,” Schwartz said. “The hero with a slingshot isn’t around too much any more.”
Not all state Medicaid directors said they were concerned about the change to the law.
“There’s been some chatter on this issue among state Medicaid directors. Some say the sky is falling, others say it makes little difference, still others say they are unaware of the ‘change,’” said Doug Porter, an assistant secretary of social and health services in Washington state.
“I’m in the ‘makes little difference’ camp,” Porter said by e-mail. “We here in the 9th Circuit are used to getting sued.”
Other states said they were still trying to determine the impact of the change.
Nicole Brossoie, a spokeswoman for New Jersey’s department of Human Services, said the health bill is “a complex statute that requires careful review in order for New Jersey to consider the various expansion options – and fiscal implications of those options – over the course of the next decade.”
“We’re unable to give you any additional information at this time,” she said.
The House Report on the legislative language described the change as merely clarifying the long-held understanding of state requirements.
Levine, however, said that the language “wipes the slate clean of years of litigation precedent that has protected states from Federal encroachment by federal judges.”
“In virtually any case where federal judges have imposed their discretion, it has cost states hundreds of billions of dollars,” he wrote in his memo.
Louisiana’s Medicaid director, Jerry Phillips, said that the most likely consequence – if a Medicaid recipient sues because he or she is unable to find a physician to see them and wins – would be to force states to increase payment rates.
Phillips said that Louisiana has spent $300 million over the last three years to increase payment rates for 30,000 elderly and disabled Medicaid recipients.
More than a quarter of Louisiana’s 4.5 million population is already on Medicaid, and around 400,000 more are expected to join the program due to expanded eligibility standards also in Obama’s new health law.
“If you have something that’s required of a broader population, the number could be staggering,” Phillips said.

The addition to existing law of five words, and a comma, may cause a world of hurt to state governments.
Tucked away on page 466 of President Obama’s 2,704-page health-care bill is a provision that changes the definition of “medical assistance,” the term describing what states are required to provide to Medicaid recipients.
States have in the past been required to provide payment for services to physicians. Now, under the new definition, states will be liable for ensuring provision of “the care and services themselves.”
In other words, states are legally on the hook not only to ensure that Medicaid recipients are paid for, but that they’re seen by a doctor.
Medicaid recipients have found it increasingly difficult to be seen by doctors, as states in extreme economic duress have cut payment rates.
The new law seeks to solve the problem, but may cost states even more money at a time when most are in some of the worst economic straits since the Great Depression.
“With the expanded definition, it leaves every state vulnerable to a new wave of lawsuits any time someone cannot access a service, even if that service is limited by virtue of the rates we pay,” said Alan Levine, Louisiana’s secretary of health and hospitals, in a recent memo prepared for fellow state government officials.
Levine wrote: “DHH cannot estimate the cost of this, but it is not even worth estimating. It will be substantial.”
Ann Kohler, director of health policy at the nonpartisan American Public Human Services Association, said she was aware of the concern and was “looking at the legislative language,” but had not yet reached a determination.
“I have my lawyers looking at it right now,” she said.

I,ve always been interested in manifestation ever since the secret. But i have a question about it. Now, one of the task is to visualize. Example, if you want lots of money, you visualize, which lots of dollar bills, or you bank account with a big number in it, and visualizing and feeling like you already have the money. Either way, you get the picture. But. the problem is, it's great to do that, but, unfortunately, reality hits, and that every time you look at your account, you get depressed. And then you have to redo the visualization and trying to change your mood. But how many times do you have to do it before your subconscious gets the point. Cause, it s easy to fool your conscious, but not the subconscious. What to do. Cause, i know there's the doing part of it too, and i ve been doing, but still nothing. It s getting depressive really. I need help with this. Anybody to help?

Is it owning everything that you ever wanted. cars, house that 5000 SQF with a pool in the back, debt payed, can get everything for your kids, education (real education), traveling, owning a boat, dont have to wake up in the morning (early) etc... Pedophilia in the Catholic Church: Coverup Operation at the Vatican? Pope Ratzinger's Swan Song

Pope Benedict should do everyone a favor and resign. By hanging on, he's just making matters worse. Who does he think he's fooling anyway? Everyone knows that he was involved in the sex-scandal cover up. Does he really think that a few papal apologies will make a difference? He was in charge and knew everything that was going on. That makes him responsible. His best option now is to "man up" and face the consequences. He needs to arrange a press conference, tell the truth, and resign. End of story.
It's clear that the problem isn't going to go away. In the last week, three more incidents have surfaced adding more fuel to the fire. In Wisconsin, Father Lawrence Murphy abused as many as 200 boys at a Milwaukee school for the deaf. One of the victims, Arthur Budzinski, has been all over TV telling his story and blaming the pope. It's pretty heart-wrenching stuff, too. According to Budzinski's daughter Gigi:
"The pope knew about this. He was the one who handled the sex abuse cases. So, I think he should be accountable, because he did nothing."
This is bad. Anyone can see that the Vatican was shuffling predators from one spot to another trying to keep the details out of the news. Maybe Benedict thought he was doing the right thing? Maybe he thought he was just being loyal or protecting the church from litigation? Who knows what he thought; it's beside the point. The bottom line is that people's lives have been ruined and someone has to pay.
Here's another bombshell which appeared in the Associated Press last week:
"In a signed statement last year, the 67 former pupils at a school for the deaf in Verona described sexual abuse, pedophilia and corporal punishment from the 1950s to the 1980s. They named 24 priests, brothers and lay religious men at the Antonio Provolo Institute for the Deaf.
One victim, Alessandro Vantini, told the AP last year that priests sodomized him so relentlessly he came to feel "as if I were dead."
"How could I tell my papa that a priest had sex with me?" Vantini, 59, said through a sign-language interpreter. "You couldn't tell your parents because the priests would beat you." ("Sex abuse scandal in US, Italy taints papacy", Nicole Winfield, AP)
67 victims here, 200 victims there; this is industrial-scale sex abuse, a veritable pedophile conveyor belt!
Naturally, the Vatican has circled the wagons and is lashing out at the media. But it's a hopeless cause. As the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Ratzinger (as Benedict was known at the time) took steps to silence priests who wanted to reveal what they knew. In a 2001 letter to the bishops, Benedict "ordered them to keep sexual abuse allegations secret under threat of excommunication - updating a noxious church policy... that both priests accused of sex crimes and their victims "observe the strictest secret" and be "restrained by a perpetual silence." (Washington Post)
This is obstruction of justice, and Benedict should be prosecuted. No man is above the law; not even the pope. Religious freedom isn't license to rape children.
Benedict's letter helps to illustrate a larger point, too. It shows that the sex abuse scandal isn't really about sex abuse at all. It's about the people in positions of authority who violated the public's trust. That's the real story. It's about people who pretend to be "spiritual advisers", but don't even do the right thing when a child is sexually molested. And, these are the people who are giving advice on issues like homosexuality and birth control?
Benedict has also been implicated in a German case involving Father Peter Hullermann who was suspended from his duties but then, allowed to return to work "without restrictions" as a priest in Munich, even though a psychiatrist described him as a potential danger.
According to the New York Times: "In September 1979, the chaplain (Hullermann) was removed from his congregation after three sets of parents told his superior, the Rev. Norbert Essink, that he had molested their sons, charges he did not deny, according to notes taken by the superior and still in Father Hullermann’s personnel file... “Reports from the congregation in which he was last active made us aware that Chaplain Hullermann presented a danger that caused us to immediately withdraw him from pastoral duties."
Hullermann was allowed to return to his parish work on Feb. 1, 1980. He was finally convicted in 1986 of molesting boys in Bavaria.
Can you see a pattern here? These are more than isolated incidents. It's like some gruesome papal crime-ring; Ratzinger's Sopranos.
A few weeks ago, Benedict issued an apology to Catholics in Ireland for decades of cruelty and abuse. In the papal communique Benedict opined, "I can only share in the dismay and the sense of betrayal that so many of you have experienced on learning of these sinful and criminal acts and the way Church authorities in Ireland dealt with them."
Benedict's comments are predictably insincere. He knew exactly what was going on. As Catholic theologian, Hans Kueng points out:
"There was not a single man in the whole Catholic Church who knew more about the sex-abuse cases than him, because it was ex officio (part of his official role)... "He can’t wag his finger at the bishops and say, you didn’t do enough. He gave the instruction himself, as head of the Congregation of Doctrine of the Faith, and repeated it as Pope."
Sinead O'Connor, Irish musician and abuse-victim, was so incensed by Benedict's fake empathy, she wrote a fiery article for the Washington Post where she said:
"Irish Catholics are in a dysfunctional relationship with an abusive organization. The pope must take responsibility for the actions of his subordinates. If Catholic priests are abusing children, it is Rome, not Dublin, that must answer for it with a full confession and a criminal investigation. Until it does, all good Catholics... should avoid Mass. In Ireland, it is time we separated our God from our religion, and our faith from its alleged leaders."
This case goes way beyond the sleazy details of one man's repeated attempts to conceal the criminal activities of serial molesters and child rapists. The real issue is whether people in positions of power are to be held accountable for their actions and whether the law really applies to everyone equally and without exception. That's what's at stake here. Ratzinger needs to be indicted, prosecuted and - if found guilty - sentenced to prison.

DETROIT (Reuters) - The extremist militia group members accused of plotting to kill police and wage war on the U.S. government should be freed pending trial because the case against them centres on political, not criminal issues, defence lawyers argued on Thursday.
Lawyers defending eight of the people charged in the case asked a judge during a hearing in Detroit to grant bail to the militia members, arguing that merely possessing weapons and voicing opposition to the government is not illegal.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Falvey told U.S. Magistrate Judge Donald Scheer the defendants, members of a group called the Hutaree, had "dark hearts and evil intent." Falvey said they broke the law by conspiring to oppose the U.S. government by using violence and weapons, and should be denied bail.
The seven men and one woman on Wednesday pleaded not guilty or remained silent and had not guilty pleas entered for them.
An indictment unsealed on Monday accused them of planning to kill a police officer in Michigan and then ambush the funeral with improvised explosive devices to kill more police. The defendants were preparing to fight authorities from fortified and booby-trapped positions, the indictment said.
Members of the Hutaree believed the attacks would "serve as a catalyst for a more widespread uprising" against the U.S. government, the indictment said.

DETROIT (Reuters) - The extremist militia group members accused of plotting to kill police and wage war on the U.S. government should be freed pending trial because the case against them centres on political, not criminal issues, defence lawyers argued on Thursday.
Lawyers defending eight of the people charged in the case asked a judge during a hearing in Detroit to grant bail to the militia members, arguing that merely possessing weapons and voicing opposition to the government is not illegal.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Falvey told U.S. Magistrate Judge Donald Scheer the defendants, members of a group called the Hutaree, had "dark hearts and evil intent." Falvey said they broke the law by conspiring to oppose the U.S. government by using violence and weapons, and should be denied bail.
The seven men and one woman on Wednesday pleaded not guilty or remained silent and had not guilty pleas entered for them.
An indictment unsealed on Monday accused them of planning to kill a police officer in Michigan and then ambush the funeral with improvised explosive devices to kill more police. The defendants were preparing to fight authorities from fortified and booby-trapped positions, the indictment said.
Members of the Hutaree believed the attacks would "serve as a catalyst for a more widespread uprising" against the U.S. government, the indictment said.

In the past, during school years, children had to bring their own lunch, which was more convenient and less expensive.. Kids at that time had way more energy, and played outside a lot, and their bond with their parents was also different. Nowadays, parents work too much to support the lifestyle they have. So, now, because of time crunching, giving money to their child to purchase whatever they want, without supervision, can be very catastrophic. As the eighties came along, and the schools were introduced to junk foods, kids started to consume them. As a result, a lot of health risks occurred.
Some of the Health risks that would occur to children, who consume some of the junk foods, would be live problems. Your liver is there to filter the food. If too much junk food is consumed, then the liver would have a problem to filter all the chemicals that are in the junk food. After a while, kid’s body won’t take it anymore and it might trigger lives failure. Another health risk that is just as important is their teeth. All the sugar and the salt as well as other chemical might damage their teeth, because, they usually don’t have their tooth brush with them, so, the next time that they’re going to brush their teeth, is usually before bed time. As for the heart, if it s forcing too much, also depending if the child already has a heart problem, and also if they’re not exercising, will cause an even more of a problem, they may have an heart attack at a very early age.
Serious condition, like diabetes, may occur a bit later in their life. As teenagers, they may not be able to do or eat the same things as their peers. For exercising, they may get very tired and not as strong as they should be. Promoting sitting on the couch and playing video games is not a good idea either. So, cutting the junk food and replacing it with lots of veggies and fruits and proper protein, and also exercising once they feel better, will definitely help along in their life. Which goes perfectly with the topic of obesity, knowing that the amount of physical activity, is probably not enough to counter balance the amount of junk food that they have to burn to stay fit. They would be able to give their all either, being to tired, because their body is trying to digest all those chemicals, which, again, makes them very tired.
Which brings to the topic of mental health. Junk food has a lack of oxygen, which is what feeds the brain and the rest of the body. Lack of oxygen contributes to fatigue and lack of concentration. A lot of studies also show that kid’s grades are sliding down very fast, due to being tired and lack of concentration. They would not be able to retain information’s from the books for the next exams. It also contributes a lot toward ADHD and ADD. Kids can’t pay attention to what they’re doing for more than a few seconds at a time, so they’re focus is all over the place, which again, contributes to very low grades in school.
In conclusion, junk food should be ban for the sake of the kids and also the parents. It would save the parents a lot of money for them to make lunch for their kids to bring to school. Now in hoping that the kids would eat it. It would also save a lot of money toward hospital bills as well. Less problems, less trip to the hospital. There's no point in making another batch of the Vaccine, and making people turn against each other, and saying that, people that don't want to take the vaccine are putting people in jeopardy. That's outrageous. It should be other way around. The amount of people that it kills. The hospitalizations are from the people that took the Vaccines in the first place, and also have an underlining health problem in the first place. Let’s talk seriously about artificial sweeteners
Over the last 30 years, NutraSweet and Aspartame have been marketed as a safe sweetener as an alternative to regular sugar, so that people with high blood sugar and diabetes can consume and enjoy the sugar free products; however, not without its side effects. They are now in over 5000 products, going from diet pop to yogurt to children’s vitamins. The history of this product has been twisted throughout the past three decades. Artificial sweeteners should be banned from the market due to major health risks and also the political involvement in concealing the information from us from the beginning.
In December of 1965, while James Schlatter was recrystalling aspartame from ethanol, the mixture spilled onto the outside of the flask. Some of the powder got onto his fingers. Later, when he licked his fingers to pick up a piece of paper, he noticed a very strong sweet taste. He realized that the sweet taste might have been the aspartame. In the beginning 70’s, the experiments done on monkeys, with this aspartame has caused one death and 5 having mal seizures. The actual results were hidden from the FDA when GD Searle submitted its initial application. In 1971, Dr. John W. Olney informed G.D. Searle that aspartic acid caused holes in the brains of mice. It also caused tumors in the liver and thyroids and testes in rats. G.D. Searle did not inform the FDA of this study until after aspartame’s approval. GD Searle denies the knowledge and involvement with the experiments and the results. A number of false statements were made by G.D. Searle including that the animals were unavailable for purchase for autopsy after the termination of the study. The FDA Commissioner from 1972 to 1976, Alexander Schmidt, M.D. felt that “superficially, it seemed like, if there would ever be a safe kind of product that would be it. The idea that two naturally-occurring amino acids could harm someone in relatively small amounts.” So, for a single dose to harm someone that easily, it makes consumers question, what would happen to someone that consumes it on a daily basis. Let’s look at the symptoms of aspartame, mal seizures, brain tumors, eye bleed, holes in the brain (just like MSG), neurological problems, MS, there are a long list of symptoms. They have a list of over 92 symptoms, based on over 10 000 complaints from consumers, and also, 167 reasons to avoid it. The FDA used to mail the list of symptoms freely, but now you can’t get it without a congressman or Freedom of Information Act request. Because aspartame is a neurotoxin, some doctors’ thinks aspartame may contribute ADD, hyperactivity, mental retardation, and various other neurological problems in children. Aspartame also contains phenylalanine. The law requires a warning for people who cannot metabolize phenylalanine, because it can flood the brain, lowering the seizure threshold and depleting serotonin.
What about weight loss, which that’s what people think that would happen by consuming aspartame, because of the “low calorie or sugar-free” products, well, let’s just say that, it s does the exact opposite. Published in Behavioral Neuroscience, this new report offers strong evidence that animals fed with artificially sweetened foods actually consumed more calories and gained more weight than animals eating foods flavored with glucose, a natural, high-calorie sweetener. The problem is not just Aspartame; it’s also Splenda, which is just as bad. It also destroys beneficial intestinal bacteria and may interfere with the absorption of prescription drugs. So, looking at all this.
What do the lobbyists who help keep it legal have to gain? Lots of money, what does the FDA have to gain? Guess, what do the pro-aspartame Web sites have to gain? Take another educated guess. In the 1980, it was ruled by law to not market Aspartame. The government went and did a political Triage to manipulate the process. Ronald Regan suspended the FDA Authority Commissioner and also fired that commissioner, and hired a new one a month later. The old commissioner was prevented from taking any action on this matter, which takes very high political authority to do such an action.
So, from now on, I would suggest reading the labels and educating yourself, because, now they have changed the name and claimed it to be natural, it is now called AminoSweet. They will change the name as many times as it is needed to fool people in taking their products. Stay in the loop, and look at what’s going on with an open mind, anything is possible when money is involved.
